FEEL GOOD FRIDAY
Today was another hard day in the gym. I was feeling a bit off today as I didn't get much sleep and I didn't eat a good breakfast to get me some energy. I still showed up and gave it all. I asked the weights if the thought I did a good job and they just stared at me. I also bench pressed for the first time in my life!! The bench won this time!! I'm enjoying going to the gym and working out lifting and moving in a way that yoga didn't do for me. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing easy about yoga!! I also did some yoga on my own yesterday for the first time in 11 weeks!! I didn't do much, a couple warriors, variation of on the sun salutation, and some cat cows. It did feel pretty good and the way my body was popping and cracking it need it, haha. So on my days off I will be doing a short 15-20 minute practice on my own. I'm also on those days going to add a 30-45 minute walk.
