It's feel good Friday, and I'm back in the gym!!
I'm really starting to feel the effects of being back in the gym. I'm happier, I'm stronger, more important I'm back to showing up!! Today was a really good day. I was doing planks and Tyler (my trainer) said to go as long as I could. I did almost 25 seconds!!! Woohoo. Now that is making some gainz, haha.

Heavy Rope Exercises: Waves 3x1min, Sidewaves 3x1min
Overhead Press 95lbs 3x10
Dumbbell Curls 25lbs 3x10
Calf Raises 3x15
Ab twist 3x10 on each side
